Our Story
Built on evidence.
Driven by care.
Project 50 started with a question: what would coaching look like if it were designed to last a lifetime?
Meet Jo Hucker
From the court to the platform.
I started Project 50 because I saw a need: not just for more training plans, but for something clearer. More structured. More supportive.
With years of coaching in schools, clinics, and community spaces, I began refining an approach that could work across real lives and real time.
This isn’t a bootcamp or a branded mantra. It’s a system. One that grows with you. One that holds its shape under pressure.
My work draws from elite institutions like Cheltenham Ladies’ College and university-level lecturing at the University of Gloucestershire, environments where performance, safety, and excellence are non negotiable.
I work with children, adults rebuilding their strength, and older adults navigating longevity. Every body is coached with care and adaptability.
Brand Pillars
Three pillars. One standard.
01
Elite Sport
Decades of coaching at the highest school and university level. Precision, structure, and standards of competitive sport inform everything we build.
02
Academic Credibility
University-level lecturing and evidence led practice. Decisions grounded in research, not trends. Programming evolves with the science.
03
Inclusive Coaching
From children to older adults, rehabilitation to performance. Every body coached with care. Standards remain high. Approach adapts.
Philosophy
Strength is infrastructure, not spectacle.
Project 50 exists in opposition to disposable fitness culture. We build systems designed to compound over years, not collapse after twelve weeks.
The number 50 signals longevity: decades of capability, sustained commitment, and the quiet discipline of showing up when no one is watching.
Many adults feel disconnected from their former athletic identity. Project 50 provides a structured path back. Not to youth, but to capability.
